If you are looking for the utmost comfort and peace of mind when transferring from Los Angeles International Airport to your accommodation, you can opt for a private or shared shuttle service. On the other hand, some hotels also have their own exclusive service for guests.

Transfer for groups, families or individuals

The best option is to book online and in advance your transfer to or from the airport. This way, a driver will be waiting for you and you will not have to negotiate prices with cabs or transfer companies. The reservation must be made at least 18 hours in advance. The pick-up time you must indicate is the scheduled arrival time of your flight. At the airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it as soon as you leave the baggage claim area and enter the public hall. The driver will normally wait for you for one hour. If for any reason you arrive late, you should call the contact telephone number on your reservation. In this case, extra charges may apply.

If you are in a hotel or apartment, the driver will be waiting for you outside the building. If parking is available, they can wait inside the reception. In this case, you must indicate when you want to be picked up. The pick-up time you should indicate is not the flight departure time, but the time you actually need to arrive at the airport early enough.

In shared transfers, schedules may be modified by the provider for planning. In this case, someone should contact you to confirm the rescheduled time.

Shuttle service to hotels and parking lots

Shuttle services to and from nearby hotels and off-site private parking lots are available at LAX. Stops are located on the upper/departures level and are identified by red pylons at the curbside.
